(ACE), we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team. Your Role: As a Lead Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing existing operational technology (OT) networks and identifying vulnerabilities, providing strategic recommendations for enhancements.
- Designing and implementing robust cybersecurity frameworks to protect OT devices and networks.
- Creating, developing, and documenting systems that align with our clients' specific needs.
- Leading project teams of skilled engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborating with project managers and senior leadership to evaluate project progress and customer satisfaction.
- Engaging with clients to present solutions and foster innovative problem-solving.
- Mentoring junior engineers and sharing best practices within the team.
- Traveling to client sites to execute and validate project outcomes.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT/OT infrastructure within the manufacturing or industrial automation sectors.
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in identifying vulnerabilities in OT networks and making informed recommendations for improvements.
- Experience in preparing test protocols for system acceptance testing.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing cybersecurity measures for OT environments.
- Ability to develop comprehensive security policies and enhance existing protocols.
- Leadership experience in managing customer projects and effectively communicating with stakeholders.
- Prior experience in conducting cyber assessments and guiding junior staff.
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate Industrial or manufacturing cybersecurity credentials are advantageous.
