As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be instrumental in enhancing processes, ensuring adherence to regulations, and promoting operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maximize throughput of systems and facilities to meet production objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality benchmarks.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives through operational enhancements.
  • Prioritize considerations for environmental, health, and safety.

Your Key Responsibilities

In your capacity as a Senior Process Engineer, you will:

  • Conduct site visits to diagnose and resolve operational challenges.
  • Enhance system flow assurance models for optimal performance.
  • Support emissions tracking and evaluate system contaminants.
  • Implement initiatives for performance enhancement in gas processing systems.
  • Collaborate with operations to identify opportunities for OPEX reduction.
  • Ensure the performance of control systems and measurement devices.
  • Engage in root cause analyses and mitigate equipment failures.
  • Evaluate customer specifications and chemical programs for system impacts.
  • Drive improvements in processes and procedures in partnership with field operations.
  • Manage OPEX projects and represent engineering in discussions.
  • Facilitate risk assessments and modifications to existing assets.
  • Provide insights on operational enhancements to improve design standards.
  • Offer support for commissioning and startup of Capital Projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil & gas sector.
  • Expertise in process simulation software.
  • Ability to interpret engineering documents and foster positive relationships.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven knowledge of industry codes and standards.
