Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet guests, checking for valid tickets when necessary
  • Provide personalized and proactive customer service, assisting guests with directions and information
  • Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with guests, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Enforce stadium and league rules, regulations, and policies
  • Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations and first aid
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Availability to work all Vikings home games and major events
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, walk long distances, and climb stairs. You may be exposed to inclement weather and work at heights. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.
