Position Title: Senior Clinical Sales Executive

Role Overview:

The Senior Clinical Sales Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional technical and clinical product support to healthcare professionals. This role plays a critical part in achieving key business objectives by effectively implementing the company's strategies and fostering strong relationships within the healthcare community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Territory Managers to create and execute comprehensive account business plans aimed at driving product adoption and achieving sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and identify opportunities for growth, establishing actionable plans to enhance market presence.
  • Provide expert training and clinical support to medical staff on the utilization of advanced systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance during procedures.
  • Educate healthcare providers on product offerings, enhancing their understanding and effective use of our solutions.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to uncover potential sales opportunities and facilitate connections with key decision-makers.
  • Enhance customer support capabilities through meticulous planning and scheduling.
  • Maintain open communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product developments, and clinical literature to provide the most relevant insights to customers.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and manage administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical or sales role.
  • Proven ability to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Strong clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and related technologies.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the Electrophysiology or Cardiovascular Device industry.
  • Relevant industry certifications.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and effectively communicate with diverse teams.
