Role Overview

As we aim to enhance sales through improved ASP/AUP metrics and sales efficiency, it is essential to align divisional strategies with our overarching sales objectives. Accelerating the sales of BPO solutions and boosting external partner sales are vital components of our growth strategy, applicable across all roles within MAS sales.

To achieve these objectives, it is crucial that our sales leaders possess the necessary capabilities to drive these initiatives. A senior leader will be designated for each division to act as a strategic business partner to the field DVP, becoming an essential member of the divisional sales leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the DVP Sales to formulate and execute the divisional sales strategy, ensuring we exceed both External channel and BPO sales targets.
  • Engage in operational reviews with senior MAS leadership, providing insights and updates.
  • Assist the DVP in sales and territory planning to optimize resource allocation and opportunities.
  • Analyze key trends and metrics to foster continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
  • Work with relevant MAS division roles to design and implement programs that enhance participation and sales outcomes.
  • Support the onboarding and development of sales leaders to improve the effectiveness of the sales leadership team.
  • Pursue and secure new partnerships, managing the qualification process and collaborating with MAS headquarters.
  • Provide market intelligence regarding competitors and field successes.
Leadership Expectations

As a leader, you will be accountable for executing the strategy and organizing resources to ensure successful implementation. You will utilize key metrics to assess business conditions and understand the challenges and opportunities within the BU.

People Development

Mobilize stakeholders around the strategy, setting clear expectations for performance. Foster the growth and development of others, enhancing their contributions to the business.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business.
  • Minimum of 2 years in ADP sales leadership, preferably at a VP level, with a proven track record.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships at the VP level and above.
  • Proficient in translating strategies into actionable plans that yield measurable results.
  • Adaptable to a dynamic and evolving environment.
