POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Executive serves as the primary sales representative for the organization, responsible for actively seeking and managing all revenue-generating opportunities. This role emphasizes the importance of maximizing revenue through strategic upselling and achieving both personal and team revenue targets.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develops and implements sales strategies in alignment with the overall business objectives.
  • Identifies and capitalizes on revenue opportunities based on market analysis and event profiles.
  • Maintains and exceeds individual sales targets while effectively managing client budgets.
  • Builds and nurtures relationships with both existing and prospective clients through regular communication and engagement.
  • Conducts site visits and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the organization's offerings.
  • Proactively seeks new business opportunities and maintains a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Responds promptly to inquiries and ensures timely follow-up to secure business.
  • Forecasts revenue and manages client expectations throughout the sales process.
  • Creates and manages sales contracts and documentation as necessary.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS

Ensures a high level of client satisfaction by fostering long-term relationships and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the sales process.


LEADERSHIP AND TEAMWORK

Demonstrates a commitment to the organization's values and encourages a collaborative environment among team members.


PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

QUALIFICATIONS
  • A minimum of three years of progressive sales experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing sales.
  • Proficient in relevant software applications and sales management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position may require frequent walking, standing, and lifting of light objects.
