Role SummaryThe Executive Assistant will directly support the SVP of Sales by managing administrative responsibilities and facilitating departmental operations. This includes client communication, collaboration with sales and marketing teams on significant projects, organizing trade shows and events, and leading team training sessions. This position is ideal for a professional who excels in a dynamic environment and is eager for career growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage comprehensive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the SVP of Sales.
- Draft and refine correspondence, reports, presentations, and various documents.
- Conduct research, compile, and analyze data to prepare reports and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and management of departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and operations.
- Monitor and respond to emails as necessary, prioritizing incoming requests while maintaining confidentiality.
- Organize and maintain records and files for the Sales department.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar capacity within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Hubspot, Slack, and Monday.com.
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize daily responsibilities.
- Discreet and capable of handling confidential information with integrity.
- Basic account management and leadership skills are advantageous.
