Role OverviewThe Executive Assistant will work directly with the Senior Vice President of Sales, managing administrative tasks and supporting the department's operations. This includes:
- Comprehensive calendar management, organizing meetings, and managing travel arrangements for the Senior Vice President of Sales.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Conducting research, assembling and analyzing data to prepare reports and documents.
- Assisting in preparing and managing departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinating with internal departments to manage smooth communication and operations.
- Monitoring and responding to requests, prioritizing incoming tasks and maintaining confidentiality.
- Organizing and maintaining records and files of the Sales department.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Hubspot, Slack, and Monday.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.
- Discreet and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Basic account management and leadership skills are beneficial.

The starting salary for this position is $65,000-$75,000, with opportunities for enhancement based on experience.
Working HoursThe work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with occasional overtime required based on business needs.
