About Our Job:

We are looking for a talented Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Disability Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of our call center, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service.
  • Assist with various functions, including report management, daily management of the team, and participating in interviewing and hiring process of new customer service representatives.
  • Provide training and support to new hires, as well as input during performance evaluations.
  • Maintain team motivation by overseeing daily contests, which benefits dial and transfer counts.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of customer service call center team lead experience in a mortgage or financial institution setting required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with Velocify and Gensys Cloud preferred.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
