Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Professional to join our team at ValorVIP. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving customer issues, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls in a courteous and timely manner
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
  • Evaluate and escalate customer complaints to the appropriate staff or management as needed
  • Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and issue resolution

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a call center environment
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution and problem-solving
