Call Center Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Call Center Support Specialist to join our team at Mass Markets. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your goal will be to ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and communication.
About the Role:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions to complex problems
• Document customer interactions and update relevant systems as needed
What We Offer:
$50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
