About the Role
Workmedca is seeking a seasoned Business Development Leader to drive strategic growth and expansion initiatives in Fresno, California. As a member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to shape the company's future and contribute to its long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market research studies to inform business development strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians and industry partners.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment, achieving strategic goals.
- Promote the value proposition of workmedca through effective communication and negotiation with partners.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing growth strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on building and motivating teams.
Salary and Benefits: Up to $110,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
