Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: conduct thorough market research to identify areas for expansion.
  • Partner Development: build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, healthcare providers, and industry partners.
  • Team Leadership: lead a high-performing team to achieve strategic goals.
  • Negotiation and Communication: clearly articulate the value proposition of the practice and secure mutually beneficial agreements with partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with the ability to build and motivate a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary up to $110k per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible work-from-home options.
