About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Business Leader to join our dynamic team at Sequel Med Tech, LLC. This role offers an exciting chance to collaborate with a Clinical Diabetes Specialist to launch and grow our innovative insulin pump and future products in the region. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, driving growth and adoption of our products, and staying up-to-date with expert knowledge in Sequel products, diabetes management, and therapeutic options. As a senior member of our team, you will also mentor junior staff, assist with field sales training, and participate on internal advisory boards. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute effective territory plans and strategies with the CDS to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to promote Sequel products.
  • Drive growth and adoption of Sequel products through exceptional customer service and user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with expert knowledge in Sequel products, diabetes management, and therapeutic options.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experiences and resolve any issues.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
At least 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
Valid driver's license required. For the Senior TBL role: 4+ years of sales experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries, with a demonstrated history of sales success and preference for experience in diabetes and automated insulin devices.
