Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering calls and emails promptly. Assist clients with inquiries, policy updates and rewrites, claims processing, and general service needs.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain and update client records in the agency management system. Process insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Team Support: Collaborate with insurance agents to ensure timely follow-up on client requests. Coordinate internal communications and assist with training or team meetings.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role (insurance experience is a plus).
- Proficient with office software, especially Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with insurance software is a plus.
