Job Overview

Raven Ridge LLC is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department, including clerical tasks and general back-office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process financial transactions, including wires, ACH, payments, charge-offs, adjustments, payoffs, and other related tasks.
  • Assist with new account set-up, creating accounts, gathering documents, reviewing files for accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain reports for monitoring in various systems.
  • Coordinate with department managers and external partners via email and phone to support the department and assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in Financial Services, Banking, Lending, or a similar industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in-office Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
  • Willingness to complete pre-employment screening, including credit and background checks.
