As a Customer Engagement Specialist, your responsibilities will include...
  • Assisting members with transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers, including cash handling.
  • Providing guidance to members on products and services that may enhance their financial well-being.
  • Counting, receiving, and distributing cash.
In this position, you will offer support and guidance to our members in achieving their financial objectives. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess...
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Preferred experience in sales and cash handling.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • This role requires physical, in-person, face-to-face interaction.

Compensation Details:

At Sound Credit Union, we are committed to providing our employees with a fair and livable wage. Individual offers are based on a candidate's previous experience and educational background as it relates to their role. This approach fosters a talented and empowering work environment that we hope you will join. Our pay ranges are designed to accommodate candidates with varying levels of skill and experience, as well as to allow for growth and tenure within a role over time. Typical starting salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates, enabling us to provide merit-based salary increases.

Work Hours:

This is an in-person role with a schedule of Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

In this in-person position, you will engage with members daily as the representative of Sound Credit Union. Your active involvement with colleagues and managers is essential to your impactful work.
