Compensation: $18.25 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00pm - 2:30am

Position Overview: The Facility Maintenance Specialist role focuses on the upkeep and sanitation of various facilities within the designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of buildings by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming floors.
  • Dust and clean furniture, walls, machinery, and equipment to maintain a tidy environment.
  • Relocate items for cleaning purposes, either manually or with the assistance of hand trucks.
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions to remove stains from different surfaces.
  • Polish floors, maintain carpeted areas, and dispose of waste properly.
  • Service and sanitize restrooms, dust window coverings, and clean interior glass surfaces.
  • Prepare facilities for events and ensure building security is monitored.
  • Operate vehicles as necessary to carry out cleaning duties.
  • Perform basic repairs as needed.
  • Order cleaning supplies and equipment as required.

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in customer service and a minimum of one year in a similar role.
