Sales Compensation Manager

A highly skilled Sales Compensation Lead is sought after to join our team at PrideStaff. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage a team of compensation professionals, ensuring sales compensation plans align with business goals and comply with legal standards.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end process of sales compensation administration, including incentive structures, commissions, bonuses, and sales performance analysis. Your strong background in data analysis, compensation strategy, and reporting will enable you to develop and present detailed reports on compensation outcomes, sales performance, and program effectiveness to senior leadership.
With a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales compensation, preferably in a managerial role, you will bring proven expertise in developing, administering, and optimizing sales compensation programs. Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP, CPP) is highly desirable, as well as proficiency in compensation systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
