About the Opportunity:
PrideStaff is a leading full-service staffing company seeking a talented Sales Compensation Lead to join our team. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales compensation to drive business growth and success.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of compensation professionals, developing and implementing sales compensation programs, and analyzing sales performance data to inform business decisions. Your strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively will enable you to present detailed reports on compensation outcomes, sales performance, and program effectiveness to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales compensation, preferably in a managerial role. Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP, CPP) and proficiency in compensation systems are highly desirable.
