Top Sales Manager Position for Credit Card Processing Company

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Inside Sales Manager to lead a team of Outside Sales Representatives at Slice Merchant Services, a leading credit card processing company. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive sales growth in the industry.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of business-to-business cold calling, networking, and closing experience, with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals. Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building, and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities- Support and manage a team of up to 20 Outside Sales Representatives nationwide
- Daily communication with your team about their day-to-day activity, pipeline management, and lead disposition
- Develop strong business relationships with sales representatives on your team while closing business owners on our products and services
- Collaborate with your sales reps to prepare and present competitive sales proposals
- Work closely with the Director of Sales
This position offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary of $100,000+, uncapped earning potential, weekly paid W2 salary, aggressive commissions, large daily/weekly/monthly bonuses, profit sharing, and much more. Our successful sales managers make over $100K with our multiple revenue stream compensation package.
