Job Title: National Field Support Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Field Support Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Field Operations Unit, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees and implementing change management to ensure an efficient and successful work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of employees and implement change management to ensure an efficient and successful work environment.
  • Review and resolve escalated issues.
  • Provide daily duties for all representatives.
  • Provide reporting for daily tasks.
  • Manage the daily workload.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in dispatch or customer service, or 3+ years of experience in workforce administration or equivalent.
  • MS Office skills.
  • Computer skills, technical skills, management, analytical, communicating, being adaptable, leadership, problem solving.
