Job Overview

Spectrum is seeking a highly skilled National Field Support Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Field Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Field Technicians, helping them troubleshoot service problems at customer locations.

You will use your technical and interpersonal skills, along with a range of computer programs and tools to help resolve internet, video, and telephone issues for customers. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and provide excellent customer service will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Field Technicians in troubleshooting service problems at customer locations
  • Use technical and interpersonal skills to resolve customer issues
  • Work in a dynamic 24/7 call center environment
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives
What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Technical skills: MS Office and computer literate
  • Abilities: Problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, adaptability, and willingness to learn
  • Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules in-office including mornings, nights, weekends, overnights, and holidays
