The National Field Support Centers here at Spectrum are the backbone of our operations. Our NFS Agents possess the ability to navigate technical systems to complete dynamic assignments and actively support customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of employees and implement change management for an efficient work environment.
  • Review and resolve escalated issues.
  • Provide daily duties for all representatives.
  • Manage the daily workload.
What You'll Bring:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in dispatch or customer service, or 3+ years in workforce administration.
  • MS Office skills.
  • Computer skills, technical skills, management, analytical skills.
