Spectrum is seeking a highly skilled National Field Support Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Field Operations Unit, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees and implementing change management to ensure an efficient and successful work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of employees and implement change management to ensure an efficient and successful work environment
  • Review and resolve escalated issues
  • Provide daily duties for all representatives
  • Provide reporting for daily tasks
  • Manage the daily workload
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in dispatch or customer service, or 3+ years of experience in workforce administration
  • MS Office skills
  • Computer skills, technical skills, management, analytical skills
  • Communicating, being adaptable, leadership, problem-solving skills
