About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Field Support Supervisor to join our team at Spectrum. As a key member of our Field Operations Unit, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and implementing change management to ensure an efficient and successful work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of employees and implement change management to drive efficiency and success
  • Review and resolve escalated issues
  • Provide daily duties for all representatives
  • Manage the daily workload and provide reporting for daily tasks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in dispatch or customer service
  • 3+ years of experience in workforce administration or equivalent
  • Strong technical skills, including MS Office
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
