Job Overview

Spectrum is seeking a highly skilled National Field Support Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Field Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Field Technicians, helping them troubleshoot service problems at customer locations.

As a National Field Support Agent, you will use your technical and interpersonal skills, along with a range of computer programs and tools to help resolve internet, video, and telephone issues for customers. You will be at the hub of our dynamic workload management infrastructure, acting as traffic controllers for our Field Technicians, enabling efficient and timely service.

You will also use your interpersonal and customer service skills to interface directly with customers to resolve their issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Field Technicians in troubleshooting service problems at customer locations
  • Use technical and interpersonal skills to resolve internet, video, and telephone issues for customers
  • Act as traffic controllers for Field Technicians, enabling efficient and timely service
  • Interface directly with customers to resolve their issues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Technical skills: MS Office and computer literate
  • Abilities: Problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, adaptability, and willingness to learn
  • Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules in-office including mornings, nights, weekends, overnights, and holidays
