**Job Summary**

The Stanford Hotel Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the Sacramento Marriott Rancho Cordova. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, supervising front desk staff, and ensuring seamless operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent guest service and efficient operations
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
  • Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitor and maintain front desk area, including cleanliness and organization
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience

**Requirements:**

  • High school graduate; college degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of hotel front desk/guest service experience
  • Minimum six months supervisory experience or one year comparable front desk, hospitality, or related experience
  • Relevant military experience in a comparable capacity
