Job Overview:

The Stanford Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Supervisor to enhance our exceptional service standards. This role is pivotal in overseeing front office operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing front office staff to deliver outstanding service.
  • Oversee guest reservations and ensure all requests are met with professionalism.
  • Provide training and support to front desk personnel to maintain high service levels.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, including morning and evening shifts, as well as weekends.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; a college degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in hotel front desk or guest service roles.
  • At least six months of supervisory experience or equivalent in hospitality.
  • Relevant military experience in a similar capacity is a plus.
