Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that the area is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to guests.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage front desk inventory, including supplies and equipment, to ensure that they are adequate and well-maintained.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and other departments to ensure that all needs are met and that the guest experience is exceptional.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college-level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
- Experience: Three or more years of experience as a manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Certifications: Certification in CPR highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
