We are a distinguished hotel known for our exceptional service and hospitality. Our property features extensive meeting facilities and a range of amenities designed to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing front office operations and manage the front desk team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Handle reservations and check-ins/outs efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to provide seamless service.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for morning and evening shifts, as well as weekends.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; a college degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in hotel front desk or guest services.
  • At least six months of supervisory experience or equivalent front desk experience is preferred.
  • Relevant military experience in a similar role is also considered.
