Job Title: Squad Leader

At Caliber Sourcing, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Squad Leader to join our Fidelity Digital Assets team. As a key member of our Product Delivery team, you will be responsible for leading a squad of talented individuals to deliver high-quality digital asset platform capabilities and solutions.

The Role

We are looking for a team-focused Product Owner with exceptional interpersonal skills who can work collaboratively across business and technology teams. This role has the unique opportunity to design and deliver digital asset platform capabilities and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure alignment on "what" and "when" work is to be performed through continuous planning and management of a roadmap that serves the FDA Product and Operations teams.
  • Partner to reconcile cross-squad dependencies while taking ownership of the product backlog that enables effective delivery.
  • Work closely with your delivery team, in an agile structure, to deliver trading solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness against defined product objectives and the squad mission.
  • Engage squad members for their input, deliver on sprint commitments, continuously improve, innovate, experiment, learn, and celebrate success.
  • Ensure releases are of the highest quality and are implemented seamlessly by ensuring business readiness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years of combined experience working with custody, inventory management, or API technologies as part of or leading agile teams.
  • Jira and Jira Align experience preferred.
  • Experience in financial services, cloud/AWS, APIs, cryptocurrency trading, custody, or capital markets a plus.
