As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of digital asset solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage the product roadmap to ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements.
- Own the product backlog, ensuring that epics and stories are clear, concise, and well-defined with clear business value and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure successful delivery of trading solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness against defined product objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders to reconcile cross-squad dependencies and ensure seamless implementation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure business readiness and quality execution.
- Develop and implement quality metrics to measure progress and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus.
- 5+ years of combined experience working with custody, inventory management, or API technologies as part of or leading agile teams.
- Jira and Jira Align experience preferred.
- Experience in financial services, cloud/AWS, APIs, cryptocurrency trading, custody, or capital markets a plus.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and empower teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
