Position Summary
Fidelity's Healthcare Division has initiated a pioneering Medicare program aimed at assisting individuals in selecting and enrolling in high-quality Medicare plans. As an integral member of this innovative team, you will play a crucial role in establishing and expanding a service that has the potential to benefit millions.
Our Squad Leaders are dynamic business professionals dedicated to helping individuals navigate complex challenges within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Collaborate with design and research teams to create digital solutions that aid customers in making informed healthcare choices.
- Develop and manage OKPIs to assess and monitor business performance.
- Guide a team of engineers in product and feature development to enhance customer experiences.
- Equip sales, service, and operations partners with the necessary resources and training to effectively implement the features you develop.
- Work alongside the Product Area Leader and various stakeholders to outline a strategic roadmap for your Squad over the next 3-12 months.
- Gather input from relevant stakeholders to ensure that solutions align with user requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement by collaborating with Squad members and Chapter Leaders to identify resource needs and professional development opportunities.
- Partner with senior leadership to cultivate and expand a new Fidelity business that aims to make a significant impact.
- Exhibit a strong customer focus and a commitment to enhancing the client and associate experience.
- Previous experience in the Medicare or health insurance sector is advantageous.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to comprehend customer needs, translating strategic goals into actionable plans while prioritizing value delivery.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Mural, Confluence, or MS Teams is essential.
- Identify and address obstacles to progress effectively.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead, influence, and inspire colleagues without formal authority, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams.
- Apply design thinking principles and human-centered design approaches to make empathetic business decisions.
