About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Enablement Product Owner to join our Digital Asset Platform team at Fidelity TalentSource LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of digital asset solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap to ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements.
  • Own the product backlog, ensuring that epics and stories are clear, concise, and well-defined with clear business value and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure successful delivery of trading solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness against defined product objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to reconcile cross-squad dependencies and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure business readiness and quality execution.
  • Develop and implement quality metrics to measure progress and ensure high-quality delivery.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of combined experience working with custody, inventory management, or API technologies as part of or leading agile teams.
  • Jira and Jira Align experience preferred.
  • Experience in financial services, cloud/AWS, APIs, cryptocurrency trading, custody, or capital markets a plus.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and empower teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
