The Role

As an integral member of this pioneering team, you will play a vital role in establishing and expanding a business that has the potential to benefit millions.
Our Squad Leaders are dynamic business professionals who are dedicated to helping individuals navigate intricate challenges within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities and Skills Required
- Collaborate with design and research teams to create digital solutions that aid our clients in making informed healthcare choices.
- Develop and manage OKPIs to assess and monitor business performance.
- Guide a team of engineers without formal authority to create products and features that enhance customer experience.
- Support our sales, service, and operations partners in effectively utilizing the features you develop through comprehensive documentation and training.
- Work alongside our Product Area Leader and stakeholders from UXD, development, sales, operations, and channel management to outline a 3-12 month strategic roadmap for your Squad.
- Gather feedback from relevant stakeholders in various forums to ensure that solutions align with user requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement by regularly collaborating with Squad members and Chapter Leaders to address resource needs, skills enhancement, and development opportunities.
- Partner with our Senior Leadership team to cultivate and expand a new Fidelity business that could positively impact millions.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach and a commitment to deepening your understanding of client and associate experiences.
- Previous experience in the Medicare or health insurance sectors is advantageous.
- Employ a data-driven approach to comprehend customer needs, translate strategic goals into actionable plans, and prioritize initiatives to enhance value delivery.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, practices, and tools such as JIRA, Mural, Confluence, or MS Teams is essential.
- Identify, communicate, and eliminate obstacles to progress.
- Exhibit the ability to lead, influence, and inspire colleagues without formal authority, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams.
- Understand design thinking principles and apply human-centered design methodologies to make empathetic business decisions.
