About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Trios Health. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and supporting the growth and development of our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, ensuring that patient care is delivered in a timely and effective manner.
  • Act as a clinical resource and liaison between staff, physicians, and other facilities, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a culture of safety and quality.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
  • RN with 3-5 years of clinical experience.
  • BLS and ACLS certification.
  • Prefer BSN and supervisory experience.

  • A competitive salary range of $65.70.
  • A sign-on bonus of $15,000 for RNs with 1-3 years of experience and $25,000 for RNs with 3+ years of experience.
