Job Summary

**Job Title:** Clinical Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to join our team at Creative Pathways, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the intake process for our mental health programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the intake process for mental health programs
  • Serve as a liaison with other mental health providers, referral sources, and governing bodies
  • Assist in the implementation of an integrated service delivery system with other programs and community organizations
  • Train and assign caseloads to OMHC staff and review and approve notes
  • Provide supervision to MHRS/OMHC staff and represent the organization at required meetings

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in a mental health-related field and advanced licensure (LCSW-C, LICSW, LCPC, LCMFT) is required; a Doctorate is preferred
  • Certification to conduct Clinical Supervisor training for MHRS/OMHC staff is required
  • Licensure as a clinically licensed Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist is required
  • Board Approved Clinical Supervisor certification is required
  • First aid and CPR certification is required
  • A valid state driver's license and proof of auto insurance are required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least one year of post-masters experience in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and familiarity with operational, financial, quality assurance, and compliance-related operations
  • Knowledge of current evidence-based practices and field implementation of those practices
  • Knowledge of Louisiana regulations
  • Strong management skills to address personnel development and issues
  • Teamwork-oriented and flexible in working assignments and locations
  • Research and training orientation to motivate employees
  • Data management skills for evaluation and outcome measurement for services and contracts
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and solution-focused problem-solving skills
