We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor RN to join our team at Swedish Health Services. As a Clinical Supervisor RN, you will play a critical role in planning, assigning, coordinating, and controlling nursing care and services for patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff.
- Identify and address any nursing care issues or concerns, implementing solutions to improve patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least 3 years of recent acute care RN experience in a similar unit.
- Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association certification.
- Previous charge nurse experience and/or 2 years of relevant leadership experience.
