We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at a large higher education university in Cambridge, MA.

This is a 3-month contract position, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role, working on a W2 basis with benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage programs, projects, and events, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Develop and implement administrative systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain records, reports, budgets, and plans, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience working in higher education, with a strong administrative background.
