Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Broadview Communities LLC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Executive Team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and facilitating effective communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel plans as needed.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks, including composing correspondence, preparing reports, and filing documents.
• Conduct research and compile data to assist in the preparation of presentations, financial statements, and other reports.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for the organization, answering phone calls, and relaying important information promptly and confidentially.
• Manage sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality.
• Provide Rent Manager tech support to the organization, troubleshooting issues and providing assistance as needed.
• Assist with acquisitions by conducting market studies and preparing reports for review by the Executive Team.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and external contacts.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment.
