Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator III to join our Business Banking team at Eastern Bank. This role will provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President and team leaders, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Senior Vice President and team leaders, including preparing reports, analyzing data, and coordinating meetings.
  • Office Operations: Manage departmental budgets, track expenses, and arrange events.
  • Customer Feedback: Handle sensitive customer issues and respond to feedback.
  • Technology/Contract Management: Work with Technology to complete user-rights assignments and administer vendor contracts.
Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Associate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience and 4+ years of related job experience.
  • Skills/Knowledge: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, proficient written and verbal communications, self-starter with strong organizational skills, and technical proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
