Sales Director

Leena AI is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and expansion. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and positioning Leena AI as a leader in the HR technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify new sales opportunities, and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and develop solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and line of business representatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in HR technology and leverage this knowledge to generate meaningful conversations and sales opportunities.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and develop plans to improve sales growth and revenue.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in selling enterprise SaaS products.
- Proven expertise in IT product sales, with a strong understanding of technology terminologies and trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives.
- Experience working with a CRM, preferably Hubspot CRM.
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to analyze and improve sales growth.
