Director of Sales - Strategic Accounts

HashiCorp is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and revenue in our Strategic Accounts division. As a Director of Sales, you will lead a team of sales professionals in developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and pipeline.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
