Enterprise Sales Director

Checkr is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our growth in the Enterprise segment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing rapid and continued growth in our Enterprise segment, managing a team of account executives, and developing strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage a team of 5-9 Enterprise AEs, ensuring productivity, goal achievement, and team development
  • Participate in the development of the strategy to accelerate Enterprise sales and growing existing customers
  • Drive strategy within the Enterprise segment as it relates to new logo acquisition
  • Achieve and hold teams accountable for revenue objectives & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 5-7 years of Enterprise Sales management experience, high growth tech company experience, and a strong business acumen. If you are a results-driven leader with a passion for sales and growth, we encourage you to apply.
