The Lead Financial Strategist will play a pivotal role in fostering collaborations with the leadership team within the Product division. This individual will serve as the primary liaison for all financial insights, including forecasting, risk assessment, budgeting, and revenue management. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role requires close collaboration with senior executives in Publicis Groupe's Technology sector, establishing a reliable partnership that facilitates precise and timely financial discussions to propel our business initiatives. Additionally, you will engage with various departments throughout Publicis Groupe.

Your Contributions:

As a Lead Financial Strategist, you will be entrusted with managing relationships across our Technology sector. You will be the key contact for clear financial dialogues regarding revenue and expenditures. Utilizing various financial systems, you will support your partnerships and influence future organizational strategies. You will lead discussions involving profit and loss statements, forecasts, budgets, headcount variance analysis, and the identification of risks and opportunities.

Your Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of financial experience in a corporate environment
  • A degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Proficiency in Excel-based financial forecasting models, reconciliations, and analytics
  • Experience in supporting business decisions through analytical business cases
  • Familiarity with tools such as Advanced Excel and Financial Planning Systems (e.g., Prophix, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, etc.) is advantageous
  • Strong motivation, quick learning ability, relationship-building skills, and multitasking capabilities
  • Proven ability to collaborate with leaders on financial decisions and experience with databases and information systems
