Job Description

Job Summary

Epsilon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Business Systems Analyst to join our Financial Systems team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the implementation and support of our financial planning and sales compensation functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure new financial systems and processes to support our business needs.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for existing financial systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of financial systems.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and technical manuals.
  • Design and implement reports and dashboards to provide business insights and analytics.
  • Work closely with the Sales Compensation team to develop and implement sales compensation plans.
  • Configure and test sales compensation plans in Xactly Incent.
  • Develop and coordinate training for Sales Compensation Team administrators.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to administration users on system use and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial system administration, configuration, or development.
  • Experience with Xactly Incent and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
