Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including managing relationships with financial institutions.
  • Ensure effective cash management practices, including daily cash analysis and cash flow forecasting.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial statements to the executive leadership and board members.
  • Manage the preparation of annual audited financial reports and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely compliance with tax obligations.
  • Continuously enhance the budgeting process and evaluate the accuracy of financial projections.
  • Foster professional relationships with vendors, clients, and internal staff.
  • Lead financial audits and implement recommendations to address any findings.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, MBA, or CMA preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of financial leadership experience, ideally in a human services environment.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive background check.
