Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including managing relationships with financial institutions.
- Ensure effective cash management practices, including daily cash analysis and cash flow forecasting.
- Prepare and present monthly financial statements to the executive leadership and board members.
- Manage the preparation of annual audited financial reports and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Supervise the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely compliance with tax obligations.
- Continuously enhance the budgeting process and evaluate the accuracy of financial projections.
- Foster professional relationships with vendors, clients, and internal staff.
- Lead financial audits and implement recommendations to address any findings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, MBA, or CMA preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of financial leadership experience, ideally in a human services environment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive background check.
