Job Overview

Impact You Will Have

Epsilon is in search of a Financial Systems Specialist 2 (FSS) to become a vital part of the Finance and Revenue Operations division. In this role, you will play a key part in the deployment of innovative technologies while also maintaining and enhancing existing analytical solutions and workflows that underpin our Financial Planning and Sales Compensation operations. The FSS will report directly to the Senior Director of Finance and collaborate closely with the broader FP&A and Sales Compensation teams, along with various departments within Epsilon, including functional HR and Finance teams.

Your Contributions

As a Financial Systems Specialist 2, you will be tasked with configuring, testing, and implementing Sales Compensation plans using Xactly Incent, working in tandem with the Sales Compensation team. You will serve as the business systems support for the Xactly Sales Compensation financial system. Your responsibilities will include the implementation of new Sales Compensation plans, which involves gathering and documenting processes, determining overall design and system integrations, configuration, and testing. You will engage directly with various stakeholders across the organization, including finance, accounting, internal IT, and BI/EPM support teams at the parent company. You will act as the ambassador for financial systems automation, ensuring that redundancies and inefficiencies are minimized.

    • Familiarity with Enterprise Analytical Systems (Finance or SC systems)
    • Willingness to learn new systems and processes
    • Strong communication skills
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or relevant work experience
    • Experience with Xactly Incent
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Platform, SharePoint)
    • Experience with backend operations for financial systems
