Job Summary

The Service Desk Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for IT and customer support, ensuring the proper operation of workstations and other endpoints. This role involves receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end-user support requests, as well as performing tier 1-2 functions. Problem resolution may require logistical support, the use of diagnostic and tracking tools, and the ability to support end-user computing, special events, and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Provide prompt and responsive in-person and remote end-user IT support, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience
Respond to IT support requests submitted via email, trouble ticket, phone, or in-person
Evaluate and escalate requests when necessary, ensuring timely and documented resolution
Provide personalized service to end-users, regardless of the complexity of the request

Technical Requirements

Support Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop environments
Manage SaaS applications and related user accounts and access privileges
Configure workstations, desktop peripherals, and other user-facing technology
Perform on-boarding/off-boarding processes, including equipment sourcing and assignment, and new hire training/orientations

Qualifications

2+ years' experience configuring and servicing computer hardware
2+ years' experience configuring and managing Windows operating systems
2+ years' supporting professional environments
Exceptional customer service orientation and experience supporting VIPs or high-stakes environments
Working knowledge of modern operating systems, Microsoft 365 product configuration, and remote support tools
CompTIA A+ or Network+, or other comparable certification preferred
